INTRODUCTION

Sally French is the daughter of two early organizers of the Kaua‘i Society of Artists, Carl and Dawn Steinhart. She studied at the University of Colorado, the University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA and at Stephens College in Columbia, MO. She currently resides in Kalaheo, Hawaii.
